Expecting or Expectations?


No matter how much he cares,
it just doesn't seem to fare.
Pieces of him, he put in place,
all he got, was just another maze.

One by one, he counted those blessings,
one for one, he got back those thrashings.
The need in him for all they care,
but after all, words are bare.

Relationship, friendship, or hardship you may call it,
that stranger never seemed to hate it.
His emotional feelings got the better of him,
which, in all, is the title for tonight's theme.
Love is patient, Love is kind,
well, love is all he can say this time.

The hope, the trust and the confidence he yearned,
it is on sale, but too bad, it's not his turn.
Dreadfully he carried on,
as his days went on with mourn.
If dreams and prayers was all it took,
to get those hearts to be reconciled.

I pray in Jesus name, that you would keep them close. Amen.
